NW 16mm Film Society
This site is dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of mostly 16mm, with the occasional 35mm, 8mm and Super8 film in the Pacific Northwest. If we don't care about film then who will?

FREE!!
Donations accepted for the use of the hall and defray any expenses (posters) and there will be popcorn and other food stuff, which is still TBD (potluck?)
Can I help?
Yes! Suggestions are welcome as is ideas for what to show.
What is the layout of Kenyon Hall?
It is a large room with a stage.
It has a real theater organ and baby grand piano - perfect for silent movies which I've shown there many times, including tonight with Dennis James playing if anyone is interested.
There is a kitchen and above it is a projection booth.
The screen is 7x10'
The hall comfortably sets 50-75. Chairs and tables can be spread around.
So we can watch movies and eat. Can I sell/trade stuff too?
Yes! However, there isn't a separate room for sales tables. We are all in a big room.
Ok. Sounds fun and I'd like to come. Do I need to be there at a certain time, do you have a schedule? What can I do to help?
Glad you asked!! I would like suggestions on what films you might like to see and things that you'd like to have happen. Bring a movie to show.
BTW, here is a series of films I showed at Kenyon hall a few years ago. Hope to show something similar, or maybe one of these too.
